his recipe for beef stock for pho is brilliant and complex..with marrow bones, chilis, etc. tamarind chicken: easy but tasty.
i stopped making tabs for recipes that sounded good...too many!!!
it looks like a cheap book...but it is valuable!! i vow to make as many of his recipes as possible
