FIR Saunas are an incredibly effective way of detoxing. I've added more links in my blog at:

I have an illness that no doctor I've been to for the last 12 years has been able to figure out what is wrong with me. I've seen many specialists and put myself through many tests, including a spinal tap that was very painful.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 11 yrs ago but my symptoms are 10x worse than any type of fibro. I am tired and in fibro pain 24/7 but once or twice a year I go through symptoms that last anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months that are so severe that I am completely incapacitated. It feels like a severe hangover, being on a rocking boat, burning in the brain and muscles etc... I just started SAUNA -ing with a small FIR sauna we bought. I've looked all over the internet to see what this detox cocktail you are supposed to take after the sauna but it just leads me to 'detox or die' book which I have heard is not that great a book.
I believe in natural therapies and doctors have done nothing but disappoint over the last 12 years. I would be dead now if I had listened to them because they just want to give you drugs and I have a reaction to most.

S. Tamori, How are you feeling now after the FIR sauna treatments? I was diagnosed with CFS and have also had a spinal tap and burning in the brain afterwards. I would be interested to hear and communicate with you. I'm also on the road to recovery. -Brent

Which mineral did Dr Sherryl Rogers was so deficient in? I can't remember, but she did mention one mineral she was deficient in, causing palpitations?

J. Oswald says:
magnesium. This mineral is difficult to absorb. Do Not get magnesium Oxide, it is the cheapest but only 2% absorbed. Chelated is good or my favorite is L-Threonate.
