One of her Best!
I have read many of the author's books, but I think this one is the best I have read so far. The characters are well written and you can feel your feelings for the characters change throughout the book. The novel ties in the thoughts of all sides and you feel more as though the situations are real, and you are a friend hearing about it first hand. Great chick lit read!

I really enjoyed this book. I picked it up because I had been reading all of Maeve Binchy's novels and I was rapidly running out of them. This book was on a display table with some of Maeve Binchy's work at the bookstore, because they are both contemporary Irish women authors. I really enjoyed this book. I picked it up because I had been reading all of Maeve Binchy's novels and I was rapidly running out of them. This book was on a display table with some of Maeve Binchy's work at the bookstore, because they are both contemporary Irish women authors. I found thir writing styles similar, and I found myself really engrossed in this novel by the end. I would recommend it for anyone who has read Binchy and enjoyed her, and I am pleased to have found another Irish author that I can enjoy as much. I am currently reading another one of her novels and I plan to read them all. It is satisfying escapist literature at it's best.
