I have only had this board for a month and it has already become my favorite cutting board for all meats.

I have other new Farberware cutting boards too. These new poly boards are so nice I find myself rarely using my beautiful wood boards.

This board is great for cutting cooked and uncooked meats using the side with the wide juice channel. The other side is great for veggies or other non juicy foods...

Update: I've had this board for about a year. This board is white and shows knife marks unlike the clear 3 piece poly set by Farberware. I lowered my rating to four stars because the distinctive knife marks make this board visually unappealing and the marks won't bleach out. Of course, it is still just as easy to sanitize, just not as nice looking. In the end, the wood boards are probably best IMHO.

This board is easy to use and doesn't slide around. It is battered by the knifework but I disinfect in the dishwasher.
