Farberware’s Classic cookware is aptly named for its traditional style that complements any kitchen decor. This 9-piece set offers a grouping of essential pans at a great value. The set includes 1-quart and 2-quart covered saucepans, 8-inch and 10-inch nonstick skillets, a 5-quart covered Dutch oven, and an extra straining lid that locks onto the Dutch oven. The straining lid has two holes sizes; the larger is ideal for draining lasagna noodles, corn on the cob, or potatoes while the smaller holes are better for draining angel hair pasta or rice.
Farberware Classic cookware is constructed of gleaming 18/10 stainless steel for a timeless appearance and has an aluminum disk encapsulated in the base of each pan to spread heat evenly without hot spots. This is a great set. They are very durable. They are nice looking and cook evenly. If you're wanting to boil water in a hurry these are the pans for you...they boil really fast and hold their heat well. The only problem I have with this set is the fry pans are a bit small but I also have a large family. They are nonstick and cleanup is sooooo easy. You can practically wipe them clean with a paper towel. Great for scrambled eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Has a great price attached too. :)

I have had Farberware pots and pans for over 30 years. They never stick, burn, clean up well (and easily) and still look new after all these years. I am looking forward to ordering this new pasta pot edition. I use the 1 and 2 quart pans on a regular basis and can definitely use a few more. Can't wait to try this pasta pot.

The best set of pots and pans you can get, for this price, to get ANYONE started! I cook more than the average joe, and I'm thoroughly impressed by this set. The lid on the pot is awesome! I use it all the time, to drain the water out, from cooking crabs to washing fruit, this is a great set. Worth every penny.
