This cookware set is the most useful tool in my kitchen. For any item I choose to make, there is a perfect pot size. The handles are finger friendly, the covers fit snugly, the material seems to prevent sticking as well as the non-stick pans, and food takes far less cooking time. It is a plus point that they store within themselves easily if space is an issue, but they are so attractive I enjoy looking at them on the stove.

These are quality pans. They are the perfect size for all your basic cooking needs and the bottoms are thick and distribute the heat well. Even though they are not non-stick, clean-up is easy, I haven't had any problems with food sticking to them. My last set was non-stick Circulon, if something burns in the Circulon, some of its going to be in the non-stick grooves forever. These new pans should last a lifetime, I am really happy with them.

I have to agree with all of the other comments. My food never sticks to them and I will never regret not going with non-stick. These pots and pans will last forever as they are high quality, cook well, and I do not have to worry about not using metal utensils with them.
