It seems that these Mini Loaf pans are smaller than the normal mini pans. They still work well but not for what we wanted.

I love making bread in these; my regular bread recipe divides perfectly into four of them. They are great for use in a toaster oven. The loaves slide out of the pans easily and cleanup is very easy too (although the packaging recommends not putting them in the dishwasher). Even when I miscalculate the timing and by my own mistakes cause the tops to come out too brown, the bottoms never come out overdone. There are just the two of us, so when we don't finish all of the bread at once the extra little loaves keep much better than the leftover pieces of a full-size loaf.

I love these little pans. I used to make dinner rolls, sixteen in one square pan, and was never happy with them. With these little pans, I put two rolls in each pan. Each little double roll is perfect for one person's serving without being torn from others. For those who like the outer crust, these pans give more to enjoy.

I ordered these pans from anothe online vendor, but am returning them because they are TINY. I expected to be able to divide a regular quick bread recipe into the four pans, but these are far too small for that.
