Perfect for Small Batch Baking,

I bought these to bake cakes with the recipes from Small Batch Baking. I made a chocolate cake using the pans and was pleased with the results. The clips open and close easily and the cakes released from the bottom without sticking, well after I figured out that I needed to loosen them from the edges. After I did that, they lifted right off. I tore the instructions on the back of the packaging, but I think it said that the pans are not dishwasher safe. The pans also should not be soaked in water for a long period of time. Once they have cooled down, they are really easy to clean by hand. I think this set is a good buy.

Bought these for my wife. She just couldn't seem to find them for sale anywere, but amazon had them...hooray! They work great and have turned out some great food. I think they'll last a while b/c they still look and work great after several uses.
