I got one of these for a wedding present years ago, and it still is going strong. I've used it too many times to count, perfect for boiling spaghetti in, or boiling potatoes in, soup, you name it. It's one of those pots that go on and on and on forever. A kitchen essential. Always looks shiny and pretty.

Farberware is the best!!! Have had one pot for 41 years young & it's still like new. Rest of my set is 37 years young. Needed a smaller stock pot being the nest is empty now. Wouldn't buy anything but Farberware, being I feel it's the best. Anytime there's a wedding I try & purchase a complete set as a gift. Want something good & that will last I'd highly recommend it.

This was a replacement for the exact same pot that I have used for years. I knew it would be good, but to my suprise I think it's even better than the other one,that gave me so many years of service.

According to the picture I thought this saucepot was going to have a metal lid, which is what I really wanted. It turned out to have a glass lid so it doesn't match the rest of my farberware. I assumed the metal lids were no longer available.....but I wonder if that is really so. Anyway, I can live with the glass lid, just a little disappointed.

the farberware cooking pot is wonderful--4qt.is just right size for cooking potatoes,etc,,affordable and well worthnthe miney.I have one 20yrs,old that is still super.

This is like a shiny new toy! It is a beautiful pot, the size I need for cooking vegetables, large enough so the potatoes or rice won't boil over.
I have several other Farberware utinsils, many are my good old friends, I am happy to say the quality in the new ones are just as fine as those from 25 years ago. This is a great product. Buy it, you won't be sorry. Rita

This piece of cookware was one of the first I bought for my new kitchen. My mother owned one for as long as I can remember and it's never failed. From boiling water for pasta to creating flavorful stews it's always been a go to item in the kitchen. I've owned this piece for about a year now and it's still going strong.

My only negative about this piece is that I wouldn't recommend using this in the oven. Keep it on the stovetop.

I like the size, weight and quality of this sauce pot. This is the second pot, same brand, same size that I have purchased.

i priced this item in stores and on websites but this was the best deal. very happy!

This would be fine except that every time I use it, the handles heat up and emit the most foul chemical smell. Unless I ventilate the room like crazy, I end up feeling nauseas, with a headache. I suspect that if our gas stove had smaller rings, this might not be a problem, but I can't be sure. In the meantime, I can't use it anymore. Totally toxic.
