Excellent for fried potatoes. Browns perfectly without sticking. I love it.

This is an ideal pan for your everyday needs. It's big enough that I can cook for myself, or for 8 people. The lid fits perfectly, and it's super easy to clean...it achieves being a nonstick pan better than anything I've had before.

Now this is not the pan you want for gourmet cooking - you'll want something with a copper plate to gaurantee even heating. But for breakfast and sausages and sauteing - this is great.

This pan cost me $10 after rebate, and I should have known you get what you pay for. I bought it for stir frying on a ceramic top stove, and I was very disappointed in this pan's performance. It sat nice and flat on the burner until it heated up and warped, leaving only the center 2-3 inches actually touching the stovetop. This pan is far too light to use with stir fry heat. At $10, at least I won't lose sleep over putting it on my wife's next garage sale.

This is a fabulous pan! It's big enough to cook up a batch of spaghetti sauce and even to incorporate the cooked pasta. The helper handle is just that and it is a snap to clean up. I bought it for "big" jobs, but find I use it more and more. Can't beat it for price. Don't hesitate - get it!

I adore this pan. I cook a lot of one-pan/pot meals and this is the perfect pan for that. Nice & deep for fried chicken. Great non-stick surface, nice tight-fitting lid. This is a great utilitarian pan. I reach for it all the time, and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

I have used this pan almost everyday after I got it. Never stick, and easy to clean. You will love it.

The size and sturdiness is great for a large family. I love the domed lid makes it so much easier for extra large quantities.
