Farberware Cook 'n Ease 10 Piece Blue, May 11, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Farberware Cook 'n' Ease 10-Piece Cookware Set, Blue (Kitchen)
I can't give this set a 5 star rating, only because it probably isn't the best set of pots and pans there is. I give it 5 stars for it's quality and value for the price. It is a good set for a single person. I am a single person on a budget, and this set fit in my place like a glove. I do a lot of stir fry, and the big pot works great for this. I am brutal on pots and pans, so I highly recommend using teflon utensils on this set....that is all I use on them. I truly believe you can get a lot of use out of these if you keep the metal out of them.

Value is the big word here, but quality wasn't sacrificed, March 14, 2005
This review is from: Farberware Cook 'n' Ease 10-Piece Cookware Set, Blue (Kitchen)
I just received my cookware set and I am thrilled. (...) The product image does not do this set justice-I selected the blue color because I have mostly blue accessories, and it is a satin metal finish on the outside-not a glossy ceramic coating which makes the set even more durable and easy to clean. The metallic shade of blue is stunning and the cookware is built to last, the lids fit well and they are of a superior gloss and the set is very heavy. I too am hard on my cookware and I expect to have this set for the duration. The handles are tight, and though the set is sturdy-the pieces aren't so heavy that they are difficult to clean or handle as some cookware is-especially skillets. I am single, but after 20 years of marriage I am used to cooking all of my meals and I can tell this set will hold up and serve all of my cooking needs. I already had a farberware full size high-sided skillet for making chili or anything with a larger liquid volume and I think that is the only other item I would add to this collection for a complete kitchen for the gourmet or novice. Value, quality and appearance in one tidy box!

Rating 5 for the price, June 24, 2005
This review is from: Farberware Cook 'n' Ease 10-Piece Cookware Set, Blue (Kitchen)
Pros : 1) cost is really cheap for the cookware. 2) the outside colour of the utensil is really nice to look - metallic blue 3)really non-stick..needs less oil 4) easy to wash. (Never used them in dishwater yet) 5)the cookware is made of thick aluminium..its really thick metal. Cons: 1) handles are made of steel. so its get heated up too. Especially the handles for 2Qt. Covered Saucepans. 2) Lids are of stainless steel. If it were of glass it would have been better. I cook indian dishes daily on these. I would recommend these for students and singles.
