Product Description

In the interest of a crisp pizza, the perforated bottom of this pan is designed to deliver as much heat as possible to the bottom crust. In addition to letting heat in to sear the bottom of the crust, the holes also allow steam to escape, preventing the dreaded soggy-crusted version of one of America's favorite foods. 8 minutes in a 600 degree oven and your pizza (fresh, not frozen) is bubbling and crispy on the bottom. It cooks evenly and, as long as you oil the pan a little, and don't pound your raw dough into the air holes, is very non-stick. Recommended for fresh or frozen.

Its a very study pan! it has a nice finish on it so its very easy to clean. I've also noticed its seems to make the pizza cook a little faster which is nice. It also gives it a nice crispy crust! Overall a very nice pan indeed

This pan can do so much more than pizza! Everything that is baked from frozen, and fresh tastes better when heated on this pan. When we moved our precious pan disappeared! We have no idea where it went, how does that happen? Well, we missed this particular pan so much we asked for it on our wish list for Christmas! Alas, no one got it for us, so we got it for ourselves! We love it, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one.
