Having recently used this as part of the holiday baking equipment, I got a full run test to base the review on. This is a heavy weight cookie sheet, nothing cheap about it, it does cover a full rack in the oven and it's non-stick coating so far appears to be quite durable. Cookies did come off quite easily, even sliding off in many cases, handy if you are at the right location and time to remove them, that is. This would be great to cook a large pizza on, as it has the size to do the job. It has been very easy to clean as well, as you would expect from non-stick coated bakeware. You do have to keep a good grip on the this rather slippery sheet though, as it wants to slide all over the place. To resolve the sliding issue, make sure to place ONLY on a flat surface and use a silicone baking glove or mitt to move it while the sheet is too hot to handle. This sheet is ultra-efficient for the busy cook in the way of baking so many things at once, just about double the normal size cookie sheet capacity. The big problem with this sheet being it's tendency to develop hot spots, which means the full sheet of cookies is likely to be baked unevenly, especially those that are closer to the edge burn a bit, meanwhile those in the center are far less done. Trying to rotate this sheet half way through baking time doesn't entirely resolve this issue either, as well as that being no small task, given the sheet must be pulled all the way out to be turned around, given it's size. If you are baking cookies or similar, this sheet is probably best suited to those with convection ovens, as they have less tendency to produce those hot spots. For the rest of us, this sheet provides a great tool for supporting large disposal aluminum baking pans, items that are very large, such as french bread and also to use as a drip pan underneath the messy and drippy bakers like pies. Given this is an insulated baking sheet, I really was so disappointed with the burning issue, but all in all, with the tasks it is suited for in mind, I could definitely recommend it.

I got into a baking mood for the holidays, and my little cookie sheets just weren't going to cut it for holiday cookies. So I decided to try a larger sheet to be more efficient. The size is perfect for my oven. I got two pans so I could bake twice as many cookies at the same time (rotating and alternating positions half-way through).
However, there are some issues that prevent me from giving this product 5 stars: - Since it's a non-stick surface with just 1 raised edge, cookies have a tendency to slip/slid. at one point, about 6 Snickerdoodles slid off the pan while I was trying to insert the sheet into the oven. - Be careful with the non-stick surface, it's easily scratched. I made the mistake of putting these cookie sheets on the edge of a metal pan, and part of the coating from the cookie sheet got scratched off. Thankfully, the parts that got scratched off were on the bottom of the sheet, so it doesn't affect the baking surface. I only have a silicone spatula, so I used that to remove my cookies, but I could see if you had a metal spatula, it could potentially scratch the baking surface. - Since this is an insulated baking sheet, there are little holes on the bottom corners of the sheet, which water can get into when washing, so make sure you properly dry the sheets before storing them. This wasn't an issue for me since it fit my oven perfectly, but you might want to measure the inside of your oven to verify these baking sheets will fit. Overall, I thought this was a great product, and I would recommend it to others.

I use this cookie sheet constantly. It's a great size and it cooks evenly. The only problem is I have a hard time grabbing it out of the oven with an oven mitt on. I wish the lip was just a little bit deeper or had a rolled edge or something. It's a small inconvenience though because overall it's terrific.
