I purchased this frying pan after being disappointed by so many others. The biggest problem I have with large frying pans is that they don't stay flat on the stovetop. I have a flat top stove. I LOVE THIS PAN! It's heavy duty. Heating is EVEN. The handle is very comfortable and it's super thick stainless steel has remained very flat. Clean up is a breeze. No problems at all with this one. I highly recommend it. Like the old saying goes: You get what you pay for. I would definitely purchase this pan again.

I absolutely LOVE this pan. It is heavy but not too heavy, heats fairly quickly and evenly AND the non-stick coating is still in near perfect condition after nearly a year. However: I must add that I reserve this pan for crepes and pancakes, but I do use it at least 2 times a week. I definitely would recommend this pan.

This pan is awesome. It makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches. Always consistently brown and crispy.

The non-stick surface is great and food wipes right off. The handle has a great curve and does not get hot. I recommend to anyone and bought one for my mother as well.

It is a bit heavy, but the extra metal on the heating surface really keeps the heat evenly distributed. No hot or cold spots on the entire cooking surface.

I love this pan, it replaced an old Tfal skillet. It is well made, heavy and great for one dish meals.
It needs almost no extra oil and cleans easily. It cooks evenly without any hot spots.

A recent purchase - a large skillet to replace my last one, which (another maker) lost its screwed-on handle. (This one, riveted, is much better.) I've only used it a short while, but am impressed already with its heft, heat retention, and non-stick surface. My only complaint at all is that - the heft. It's heavy. And (being golden-aged) it sometimes is a load to handle, single-handed. As when I'm dishing up from the skillet with one hand, or holding it to rinse it out. So far, I'm impressed with its cooking ability.

I got this 1 year ago and its awful.

My last nonstick pan lasted 10 years, and I take really good care of my things, so I was shocked to find this one already underperforming. Everything sticks to it. Its really awful to cook on unless I add tons of butter or oil, which defeats the purpose. I would definitely NOT recommend this one.
