Their thick, handsome handles are handcrafted from solid walnut and are fastened to full tangs with three brass rivets. Their extra-wide, 4- 3/4-inch blades are stamped from high-carbon stainless steel, ground to a fine edge, and have serrated tips. To preserve the walnut handles and the blades' edges, these knives should be hand washed. The knives carry a lifetime warranty against defects.
