With lovely fleur-de-lys detail at its handle's rivet points and a thick aluminum base capped in copper for fast, uniform heat distribution, this slope-sided, 8-inch skillet is gorgeous to behold and splendid to cook with. Because it's deep the skillet can be used for stir-frying, and because it's safe to 500 degrees F, it can go into the oven for pan-roasting.
