I bought two of these a while ago and I will never buy any other pan again. These things are slick enough that I only need to flour them and the cookies slide right off. I have silicone cake pans and I can tell you that I prefer these, and not just because they don't wobble and spill like silicone does. I am going to give them the ultimate test pretty soon (caramels) and I am confident they will pass with flying colors.

I bought 2 of these cookie sheets before the holidays and had the best baked cookies ever. I highly recommend these cookie sheets. I have totally given up on my insulated cookie sheets. I think I will buy 2 of these for my daughter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you are going by size, please be aware that the measurement, 10" x 15", is for the cooking surface only. The overall dimension of the cookie pan is approximately 11"x18". This is too large to use in my RV oven.

Nice cookie sheet, not as thick as I had expected it to be. I guess I am more of an Anolon fan. But it still suited my purpose.

I purchased this bake Sheet over a year ago and this is nice & large and heavy and I use my bake matt with this and I am pleased with the quality.

I thought I really liked these baking sheets...that was until they warped massively under just temperatures of 400 degrees...as long as you don't plan on cooking above 375, these are ok...

This is by far the best baking sheet I've ever used. As soon as I opened it up I could tell that it was in another category of quality. It's heavy and thick - and after using it several times, it does not warp. It's wonderfully nonstick - the cookies just slide off effortlessly. Absolutely satisfying; I'm buying another.

This is a great pan and I use it often and so useful for many baking jobs in the kitchen.

If you put these pans in the dishwasher, they leak rusty water each time. When you remove them from the dishwasher, it spills onto the floor. The water appears to be coming from in between the two layers of the pan. At the time of purchase, the description did not state "hand wash only". I am glad that they added it now for those who may consider purchasing.

*Update* Less than a year later, these pans are rusty on the bottom surface. The baking surface is still okay.
