5.0 out of 5 stars great pans
These pans are great, nothing sticks to them. I baked a pie, set on top of the pan, and the burnt overflow stuff just slid right off.

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible Non-Stick, October 21, 2005

I simply can not understand the positive reviews for this product. It seems likely that these pans are now being manufactured in a very different way from when other reviewers purchased them.

No one could possibly describe these pans as heavy and while I'm not sure that this property is all that important it leads me to believe (along with the very poor non-stick coating) that this product has changed very significantly from prior reviews.

Everything sticks to these pans. The "non-stick" surface is completely disfunctional. Every time I use these pans they have to be soaked for hours, then scrubbed very hard to clean them. Even then residue is left and short of steel wool (which I havn't used) they will never come clean.

I'm not a cleaning fanactic - far from it - I can't emphasise enough that truly everything sticks to these pans and just to clean what should be easy spills really takes a lot of work.

No one could possibly rate the pans which I received as acceptable if they are looking for a non stick pan nor would ANYONE rate them as heavy.

1.0 out of 5 stars Burns almost everything!!, November 24, 2005

I bought these needing good baking sheets for everyday use. I have found that they heat up too quickly and unevenly, so that when making things like cookies the tops are still uncooked and the bottoms are burnt. Or one half of the cookies will be burnt and the other half will still be ok. They are way too unpredicable. They are non-stick, however.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing sticks to these pans!, March 10, 2005
This review is from: Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Cookie Sheets, 2-Pack (Kitchen)
I bought these pans on a whim, but I've been thoroughly impressed with them. I've made cookies on them, and I've used them as drip-catchers for other dishes, and everything washes off completely!

If there's one problem, it's that they're too BIG for my sink! When I try to wash them I end up spilling water everywhere. But that's hardly a reason not to buy them.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good price, but flimsy, May 2, 2008
This review is from: Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Cookie Sheets, 2-Pack (Kitchen)
I was really happy to find 2 cookie pans for this great price. However, the pans are a little too thin and bend and twist slightly when in the oven. I've only used them a couple times so far. I am planning to buy a couple Chicago Metallic pans to replace them.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best!, December 16, 2009

This review is from: Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Cookie Sheets, 2-Pack (Kitchen)
Over the years, I have spent a small fortune in my quest to find the perfect cookie sheet. At last, my quest is over (and at a reasonable price)! I first discovered this wonderful product when I received one within a set of Farberware. I tried it with my molasses cookies and I was thrilled to discover that the cookies were perfectly browned on the bottom and slid off the sheet easily! I didn't even have to use any oil or vegetable spray! And, the cookies baked in the time that the recipe said they would. All I had to do, with the buttery cookies, was to use a paper towel to wipe the cookie sheet in between batches. This year, my molasses cookies, which can burn easily, are perfection! I loved the one sheet so much, I quickly ordered another set of two, hoping I would get them in time for my Christmas baking this week. (Amazon indicated that these take a few more days because they come from an outside source, but, I got them in plenty of time.) These pans clean up so easily that I can practically rinse them off! I am overjoyed with these cookie sheets and I am considering throwing the rest out and ordering a few more of the Farberware!

Non stick doesn't seem the greatest, but you can't beat the price!

I finally replaced all of my old, icky baking pans with new more durable ones. These are really nice and clean up fast. I cook lots of sticky items on these pans and they almost rinse clean with just running water. I am very pleased.

Just love these pans. Have had them for over a year and have had no problems with them. Bakes cookies evenly and to accurate time of recipes. Clean effortlessly without more than a swish of soap and water. Do not need to use cooking spray with them, either.

These sheets are cheap in price and great in quality. You get two different sizes and these sheets do not need scrubbing. Even after baking, everything I've baked with has come off using warm water, soap and a light brush (no scouring pads or steel wool otherwise you'll scrape the nonstick coating off). Very easy cleanup and they don't take up much space.
