I love these pans for baking they do not warp like other pans when they are in the oven under heat.The non-stick finish is wonderful nothing stuck to these pans.I made cookies,brownies,casseroles,muffins and they all turned out great.Everything browns evenly because there made out of steel.Remember when using darker bakeware lower oven 25 degrees lower than actual temperature because any bake goods will brown faster on a darker surface.It is good to keep your eye on the oven because every oven is different.The Farberware Pro Bakeware set comes with a 15 year warranty and thats a plus when you bake alot.I replaced this set with another brand of bakeware that I thought was great and when I compared the two Farberware Pro 5 Piece Bakeware Set wins hands down.Just what I need for Holiday baking and everyday use.I have no regrets on this set.What a great price too.
