Crafted from heavy-weight carbon steel, this Farberware cookie pan features a light gray nonstick surface to prevent overbrowning, as well as to easily release baked goods. The 11-by-17-inch pan features silicone pads on the handles for a steady grip. A shallow lip around the pan's edges make it suitable for jobs beyond baking, such as roasting vegetables. The pan is oven-safe to 500 degrees F and comes backed by Farberware's Quality Assurance Guarantee. The pan is also available in a smaller, 10-by-15-inch size.

I just love this cookie sheet! The bottoms of the cookies come out a nice brown, they do not stick!!! This is one of the best sheets I have purchased! Also, cleanup is super easy.

My college room mate had a couople of these and I loved using them! When she moved out, I bought my own. They are a great weight and bake evenly. Only complaint is that they get little heat stains sometimes, otherwise I'd give them a perfect 5 star rating. I have permanent cookie circles on the pans. I don't mind. I use them all the time and would buy more down the road if needed!
