1.0 out of 5 stars Outdated and Tedious, October 17, 2008
This review is from: Farce to Force: Building Profitable E-Commerce Strategies (Hardcover)
This book sports a 2006 copyright, but appears to have been researched and written from 1996 to 2002. The information and positions taken were effectively 4 years out of date when published and this makes reading the book both frustrating and tedious. Can't recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Right-on eMarketing Observations, January 17, 2006
This review is from: Farce to Force: Building Profitable E-Commerce Strategies (Hardcover)
eMarketing is a key component of our business and much of our success. Sarah's success comes from helping others, which she does very well! With so much being said about emarketing, often by self-serving authors, Sarah continues to be objective and forthcoming with real-world observations.
