The Cathedrals once again give a fantastic performance. Most of the songs on "A Farewell Celebration" will be well know to Cathedral fans,but what stunning renditions they are! The passion and energy from this live performance is incredible but the one factor that as always set the Cathedrals apart from most other groups is that they are real. They truly love the Lord whom they sing about. Farewell Cathedrals. We will miss you very, very much.

My husband and I caught the farewell performance of the Cathedrals on TNN last night totally by accident. We stopped flipping channels because of the music and are astounded that we are now fans of a defunct group! What a shame to lose the energy, synergy and style that they displayed. Their music is so easy to be happy to... this CD lets you share it!

WHAT A WONDERFUL GROUP. THERE'S NEVER BEEN A GROUP TOUCH MY LIFE LIKE THE CATS. I HAVE BEEN A FAN FOR ALOT OF YEARS AND THEY JUST GOT BETTER. NO OTHER GROUP WILL HAVE THE IMPACT ON GOSPEL MUSIC AS THIS GROUP AND THIS VIDEO SHOWS THIS.I HAVE PLAYED THIS SO MANY TIMES AND EACH TIME IT TOUCHES ME IN WAYS NOTHING ELSE HAS. WHAT A SHAME THEY HAD TO RETIRE. THEY WILL BE MISSED BUT ALWAYS LOVED BY EVERYONE. WHAT A LOSS IN GLEN PAYNE BUT WHAT A GAIN FOR HEAVEN AND THEIR CHOIR.

I guess I could be rated a new fan of the Cats. While I feel sad they are gone, I consider myself blessed to have been able to see them twice in concert. Truly blessed to have seen them this past June on their farewell tour. This cd to me, really captures the excitement and the love this group has for the Lord. I thank them, and I thank the Lord for the talent he gave them so that they could minister and spread the word of the gospel in a way that will never be duplicated.

What a wonderful compliation of Cathedral favorites. I'm going to miss the Cathedrals. They love the Lord and that shows through in all that they have done together. Glen is Home now and the others will go on serving the Lord. Praise God.

What a classy group of gentlemen. Talk about an absolutely awesome tribute and an even greater talent. Truly God's gifts at work.

The presentation of this work is so inspiring and uplifting, I believe it's what God gave us gospel music for. I play it over and over and over. The talents of Glen Payne and George Younce are showcased wonderfully! The "supporting cast" isn't bad either.

This is an awesome CD (and video too).
The Cathedrals cap off their ministry with an outstanding concert of a lifetime. They sing many of their hits and old favorites with energy and enthusiasm.
An added little "extra" is special appearances Sandi Patty, The Statler Brother and The Oak Ridge Boys.
Wonderful CD and I highly recommend it.

This is my second review because I can't say enough about this CD. I just placed another order for an additional two CD's for Christmas. The selections on this CD had to have been sent from Heaven and are sung with such heart and love put forth by the Cathedrals. If you are ever down in the dumps, this Cathedral CD will bring you up. Best music on the face of this earth.

Twice now I have had the pleasure of seeing this group sing on TV. Never before have I bought a Gospel Album of any kind, but do plan on getting thier Farewell Performance

I have the video tape of this performance. To watch them sing with such convition, there is no need in offering a money back gurantee, YOU WONT WANT IT OR NEED IT!!!!
