There are so many great recipes I love to use for the canning of fruits and vegetables. For years I used my mother's old paperback book that is falling apart. This is a hardback edition. This book is in fantastic shape -- no pages falling out of this one. The only thing one must remember is that today's thoughts on canning tomatoes is to use a pressure cooker -- not a hot water bath.
