a bank heist goes wrong and someone's gotto pay as usual it's the bankmanager stunningly played by ira stein, just watch the bullet in the foot scene with a nod to classic film noir and post german expressiosism that fassbinder would have been proud of, the tenor film is somewhat attenuated by an erring prtoean visceral miasma which casts a subdued blanket over the sine non qua.
