Love this book!
I often walk past the farmer's market on my way to work. I see the stalls offering all sort of fascinating items and am often not sure what I can do with them. Cookbook was a letdown
The picture on the cover was more enticing than the average recipes in the book, most of which I could have thought of myself. The others just didn't appeal to me. I returned it.

I often walk past the farmer's market on my way to work. I see the stalls offering all sort of fascinating items and am often not sure what I can do with them.For someone who is unfamiliar with what we can find in our local farmer's market, I love how informative this book is. I also love how the book is organized - by seasons. The recipes highlight the natural ingredients rather than masking them. It really encourages me to pick up new items and take them back to my kitchen.
