Whenever I get bored and it is dark out I turn this toy on and I love to watch those little red balls go! They keep going back under the volcano and the bubbles push them out through the top. It never stops! ( Ecxept, if the batteries die)It sits right next to my printer on my desk and I love to turn it on when I'm doing homework or playing on the computer. This is a fantastic Birthday present for kids who like science.

I bought this for my son, a 9 year old who is facinated by natural wonders - tornados, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc. He LOVED this! It's about as mezmerizing as those little water bead toys that run like clock work. I was concerned it would be too un-volcano-like for him, but the red glow and the rush of "lava" out of the top was good enough for him. Even the others in the room, children and adults alike, had to say how "cool" it was.

This volcano lamp was just adorable! It was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I can't find any more lamps like this, so if anyone know where any are at then please comment back. Great price, great product and condition, and shipping was great. Will definitely buy from them again!
