My almost five year old daughter has been in her new bed for a couple of weeks now. Overall, we all love it. We put up sheer curtains on the sides near the head of the bed and plan on added them to the foot of the bed. It was easy to assemble. I lowered my ranking by one star due to the lack of support for the mattress. The problem was easy enough to solve by adding some wood planks for additional support but there wasn't even enough support for my 40lb child as it was.
