This book has a few good ideas and is okay for a general reference but overall I think there are better books out there. I do not recommend this book - it is mostly fluff.

My daughter loves this book. It has helped her to improve her free hand designs. She is slowly finding her personal style when she is sketching her design. A good purchase if you already have a knack for sketching and drawing it give you ideas for presentation.

I purchased this book for my 14 year old daughter. She is interested in fashion design as a career choice. I wanted to expose her to the drawing and design involved and this book really helped her to get started. She loves drawing and with the right tools she is finding that this comes natually.
