We recently picked up both of the "Fashion Kitty" books. I'm trying whatever I can to get my daughter to read more & have been thrilled that she has LOVED these :)I think the fact that they have illustrations - yet plenty of reading is a good transition for her!

She was 8 when she read this, and was not a big reader. However, she devoured this one, and finished it in an afternoon. This Halloween she wants to dress up like Fashion Kitty!

We were so excited to learn of this second book, and a third in the series coming out in the summer. It's fun for the whole family - my 4th grader is a fan, and my 1st grader, the cat lover, is enthralled. The reading is pretty easy, and the humor will appeal to the whole family.
