Fashion Polly is a 4-inch version of the perennially popular Polly Pockets doll, on a larger scale for a different level of play and for slightly older girls. (The tiny components make this toy unsuitable for kids under the age of 4.) Fashion Polly is made of molded vinyl with an upswept blonde ponytail and movable head, waist, arms, and legs. Her extensive wardrobe includes six pairs of minuscule shoes and mix-and-match outfits for ballet, gymnastics, jazz, tap, and school. Her clothing is made of a tough, flexible vinyl with a bit of stretch to it so that Polly can fit her teeny-tiny arms into those teeny-tiny sleeves. Everything fits into a clear plastic backpack with a cardboard insert of a dance studio with a pink plastic boom box and a ballet barre. Any little girl who likes miniature dolls (and dancing) will love Fashion Polly and her irresistibly tiny itty-bitty outfits. --Marcie Bovetz

My daughter received this toy (as well as a similiar one -the Polly Pockets car)and has not stopped playing with it! She LOVES that she is able to change the doll clothes and then has a very child accessible place to store all of the accessories! Our entire family gives this two thumbs up!

Some toys get played with an hour or so before the kids are bored or the toys are broken. This toy is not one of those toys that waste your money.

My daughter received this Fashion Polly set for Christmas, and it was a huge hit with not just her, but her two older sisters as well. She had her 5th birthday a couple weeks after Christmas, and since she had been playing with her Fashion Polly everyday, we bought her another set and her grandparents got her one also. The toy is fun, my 9 year old and 6 year old love to play with the dolls, they beg their sister all the time to let them play. The clothes look like they would be hard to put on and take off, but they are really much easier than Barbie clothes, so even the little 4 and 5 year olds can change the clothes with out coming to mommy every 5 minutes to ask for help. The plastic clothes also look like they would tear easily, but they are really durable. None of them have torn, after more than a month of being played with almost everyday. I only marked the durability as 4 stars because the shoes are very small and they do get lost very easily. The toy doesn't do much educationally, so I gave it 3 stars, but it does develop imagination. Overall I rate this toy high.

Fashion POlly is really fun, and can keep anyone, including myself, occupied for hours. I am 11 years old, and I love them. I Gave Fashion Polly 4 stars for educational value, because these toys enable kids to make up their own story lines and use their imagination. But I gave Fashion Polly only 3 stars for durability, because these clothes rip very easily if you pull hard in a thin section of an accesory or if the clothes were used often. But toher than those few faults, Fashion Polly is a great toy!
