About the Author

Judy Gilliard is a radio talk show host for News Radio 1110 KFAB and the Clear Channel Omaha Cluster. She has a teaching credential in Restaurant Management, and Foods and Food Technology. Earlier in her career, Judy wrote a monthly feature on entertaining for Emeril Lagasse on emerils.com for three years. She is also a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, International Food Wine & Travel Writers Association, American Women in Radio and Television, and The American Institute of Wine and Food, and has also authored seven cookbooks, the latest being: Cooking with Herbs and Spices and The Guiltless Gourmet.
