This book is amazing. It should be called the Lazyman's way to losing weight. It explains how to burn off excess fat without having to spend hours in the gym doing cardio exercises, or have to go out running or cycling for hours to lose weight and tone up. That works for me.

I love this ebook! The advice is concise and direct, easy to follow, and certain to be effective. Each contributor brings their experience and recommendations with excellent plans that are fool-proof. You can find 20 mins a day for yourself, and you better have this book on your E-reader when you do!

Thanks Andy for putting this book out, I've been trying most of the techniques in this book and have found that after a couple of weeks my tumming is an inch smaller. And I enjoy exercise that requires very little effort and is fun to do. A wonderful value for money investment. Also students in the fitness field could benefit from the knowledge Andy has in his books.

More About the Author

Andy Charalambous was born in London, England, to Greek immigrant parents. He grew up in East London where he trained and worked as a carpenter. He moved to South London and changed careers to do what he enjoyed the most; spend time in the gym. He qualified as a personal trainer and massage therapist and worked in many top health clubs in and around London.

He recently started work building his ebook brand "Fit Scribbler", at www.fitscribbler.com, which at present has a collection of health and fitness books which focus on particular areas of womens' wellbeing. He plans on doing a series of these and then doing a series focusing on mens' wellbeing. He also writes books on different topics just to keep things fresh.

For the time being Andy has settled in Spain. One of the main reasons he moved there is because of the climate and the less stressful way of life. When he is not working on building a new website or writing he trains on the beach, cycles, swims, reads, rollerblades and does whatever he can to keep any negative thoughts at bay.
