This book is for busy people who dont have a lot of time. People who would like to eat healthy with simple ingredients in under 30 minutes.Its great because you can eat well and lose weight too. It depends on your level of cooking of course. The author Haas includes seafood, vegetarian and entertaining meals. There's 150 recipes which include, soup, beef, chicken and dessert. Everything is broken down in terms of serving size and nutritional value. The only bad thing about this book is no pictures. Its great to add to your cooking library and it doesnt make you feel like your on a diet.

Great book - many simple to follow - low fat and interesting to make recipes. Pleasing format makes it an enjoyable to use.

no color pictures,

The book had a lot of easy recipes...some stuff that was so simple I really didn't need a recipe book to show me. And, there are no color pictures. I prefer to see (in color) what I'm going to make. I still will use it though.
