Very well written, easy to follow, lots of good pictures of construction techniques. My first bowl took only two hours - my friends at work are already ordering them for custom gifts. Watch out - you'll get hooked!

I took a class on how to make the square bowl three days ago and have been at my sewing machine ever since! The book is very easy to follow and once you get the basics down you can make any of the bowls. These make great gifts and are also a great way to use fat quarters.

This book is comprehensive. Lists everything you need and the instructions are great. If you are new to sewing like I am, take it slow and read the instructions carefully. Re-read if necessary. My bowls are improving with each new bowl I make.

Those hard to buy for people will be easier with this gift idea.

I heard about this book at my guild and had to try it out. It's really fun. I loved all the detailed photographs that show the entire process. Try it you'll love it!!!

All the sewing lists are raving about this so I just had to get it. Wow! Whadda a concept. It's fun and easy and you just gotta be the first on your block with one. Really a cool book.

I love fabrix. I like to sew. And I like to make things for people. This book provides an outlet to express myself in a way that I have never seen before. I have made numerous bowls from the instructions in this book and have received many compliments on the bowls. Everyone thinks this is a great idea and I like it because it is something new -- something few people in my social circle have tried. With very little fabric (2 fat quarters or some scraps fom quilting), you can make a wonderful gift for someone. The instructions are excellent with pictures to show every step. I just wish Timex (a fabric intrefacing/stabilizer) wasn't so expensive!
