I GOT THIS BOOK FOR A FREIND WHO WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETIS. SHE NEEDED SOME HELP AND SO I ORDERED SOME THINGS FOR HER AND FOR MYSELF. HELPER HER A LOT. SOMETIMES YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT AFFECTS YOUR GLUCOSE AND I WAS PLEASED TO FIND SO MANY HELPFUL THINGS ON AMAZON. THANKS SO MUCH. SHIPPING TO HER WAS SO EASY AND FAST
