This review is from: FastCap Adhesive Cover Caps PVC White 9/16" (1 Sheet 52 Caps) (Misc.)
Great for quick carpentry, not right for fine woodworking.I try to never use screws, where they can be seen, but sometimes it is the best way to go. Recently, I was building a new shelf in a kitchen pantry and needed to screw it into some studs. Countersink, screw and cover with a FastCap and you are ready for your final coat of paint. There is a little bump, but not a big issues in applications of painted MDF and the like. The great thing about doing paint over the top, is they really fade if they are part of the paint job. Clearly, the shipping on this product is a large price issue. You can find it at your local woodworker specialty stores too. |
