I enjoyed reading the book and study materieals, it has helped me to focus better when I fast. It has been a blessing to me and my family and I am sharing it with others. Next year I plan to complete the 21-day Daniel fast and use the journal to document the experience.

The DVD spoke of information that would be provided a long the way, but then it was not.
The Journal and the book were the most beneficial. However, the Journal was confusing at times as it would ask a question that did not fit with the scripture referenced. The info is good and everyone interested in fasting for spiritual growth should try it, but the whole package not put together as efficiently as it could have been.

The Pastors of our Church in Puerto Rico also asked the entire congregation(about 3,500)to participate in the 21 day fast. My wife and I decided that we would do the 21 days. My breakthrough came when after about 12 days I actually felt, for the first time in 30 years, true forgivness from the Lord for all my past sins, it was a feeling of God truely loving, embracing and accepting me irregardless of all my past failures, offenses and sins. My wife received direction as to a major decision for her professional career. We finally finished and now we feel much closer to the Lord then ever before. We have decided that we shall fast at the beginning of every new year! The Fasting Kit is a must for all serious fasters, whether for 1, 3, 7, 10, 14, or 21 days, there is a fasting outline for you.

This is great material for a church or individual for understanding fasting. Franklin does a great job with the material and the dvd teaching. It will inspire you to fast with understanding and wisdom.

This book is awesome and amazing. I shared some of the information with my sister and a coworker. My sister and I did the 21 day fast together and God moved greatly on our behalf. My coworker is currently doing a fast. I also shared some information with my Pastor's wife and the ladies fellowship will purchase the books and do the fast. I recommend to book to anyone who needs directions in their life.
