For anyone who thinks fasting is madness, watch this tape and learn how much sense it makes, how it can help heal many illnesses, without the dangerous side effects that drugs have. Fasting is beneficial for nearly everyone and this tapes clarifies why, in easy to understand format, not in doctors language. The filming was done by 2 individuals who actually were doing a 30 day fast themselves, they followed many of the patients at a clinic, from beginning to end of their fasts, with their feelings and thoughts concerning fasting. After viewing this tape it is clear that one should consider fasting to solve many of our everyday health challenges.
