i bought the supplements from the author and followed the program completely for 3 months (i am still in about 75-80% compliance). i definitely feel much better, have lost a bit of weight - 10lbs or so - but the mid-section hasn't budged. the book is well written, straight-forward and makes sense. the fact remains that my mid-section measurement did not change.
