I used The Fat Attack Plan to lose 75 pounds in five months. From January 1997 to May 1997, I lost 15 pounds per month. I never felt hungry. I recommend this book to anyone who has tried the gimmick "diets" that don't work.
My only question is when will a new edition be printed?

I have followed so many diets - to many to even mention!!
But, The Fat Attack Plan - is fantastic - almost a nobrainer!!
I have been following it for some time and have managed
to keep my weight off. It just makes so much sense and is easy to follow.
