This is the fourth Denise Austin video I have tried and so far it one of my favorites. I liked that the video was split into two sections and had a lot of variety in the moves. I don't know how effective the aerobics in the first section were for me--I would have liked more intensity and a faster pace, but the second half got me into a sweat! The scenery was a nice change from a usual gym, but I wish the camera had stayed focused entirely on her rather than moving at strange angles. Overall, it was still a good workout and I think I will definitly try some more of her videos!

I have read a lot of bad reviews for this one, but I still wanted to try it. I'm so glad I did. I had fun with this one. The first part was heart-elevating, sort of dancey, and real fun. The second part was intense, but fun. I did the whole tape at once and when I was done I was dripping with sweat. The music was pretty good too, especially in the 2nd workout. A real winner in my workout collection. One of her best. Real fun and effective. My only wish would be that it would last longer.

This video is an excellent way to lose weight and tone your body. Both of the workouts on this tape are great. If sweating isn't for you, you may want to stay away from this video. I have had it for 3 months and have almost wore it out already. My husband has even noticed a difference in the shape of my rear. (Not to mention the weight loss) This is an wonderful tape.
