i downloaded the book today, and have read it twice. It is filled with great information. I gave 4 stars because the last half of the book was written differently. (E.g. using "beetroot" insteadof "beet") Also, ingredients were missing. There were instructions to mix in sea salt or honey to the juice without listing them as part of the ingredients . I know, nitpicky details It distracted me and would be easy to fix. Anyhow, I can't wait to start juicingand healing my body!

The book speaks more about how the body systems works then the receipes. The recipes are kinda rushed into the end of the book. I did try a few of the receipes and some did not taste very good despite the face tht there were sweet fruits mixed in.
