I like this book because you don't need any special food you can buy regular food and still lose weight. There are a lot of great ideas like what kinds of food to buy at the store and what to order when you eat out. She offers a lot of common sense advice that when you think about it explains why this could keep weight off for years. I was a little skeptical at first because these are very simple ideas but they do work because I'm already showing my first 3 pound loss and my husband has lost 5 pounds so far and we just started about a week and a half ago.
