The cloth lining of the board and the dice thrower aren't clued down properly. The exterior is made of vinyl. Overall, I'd not consider this a high quality item. However, it's not super expensive either. One thing I do like is the cloth inner lining of the dice thrower which cuts down on the noise when the die are shaken. Would I have purchased this item again? Likely not. It's just not made very solid.

this backgammon set was very pathetic the chips were small and thin the triangles on the board were not allinged very well it was not worth the thirty dollars i paid for it and i have returned it and bought a new and better set

I ordered this product because it was a relatively inexpensive backgammon set. I was not impressed with it when it arrived. The pieces were thin and light. The case itself was inexpensively constructed. I don't think it would hold up for very long in the "real world". I returned the product and bought a better set from a local game store.

The quality is very poor on this product. The light/dark marks are sewn so close to each other that the game can not be played easily. Poor quality. Wish I had not bought it.

The outside case itself was very nice. However, when I opened it, the diamonds were slanted and not evenly spaced on the board. The game pieces were not of the quality I expected. I realize this is not an expensive set, but it was very poorly made.

I was very disappointed with this backgammon set. The stitching around the pleather diamond patterns were sticking up around the edges. Most disappointing was the fact that it was not the same product as the picture on the cover of the box (the picture shown in the advertising). The color of the diamonds are grey and bright red. I was not only disappointed but felt conned.
