I love it for brownies.

You have to grease the pan or use pam to get the brownies out and even that doesn't always work.

At the farmer's market, everyone snaps them up!

I have a home bakery and use this pan a lot for brownie squares and such. Everything I've made in this pan (brownies, cake squares) hss baked up beautifully. The cakes come right out of the pan every time- (I have a similar pan that is supposed to be non-stick but the cakes always stick and cleanup is difficult.) Cleanup couldn't be any easier with this pan- I just soak for a few minutes then spray with water and it's done. No need to get in there with a cloth to try to reach the corners of each square. I highly recommend this product!

Love the pan, just wish that I could find square cupcake liners for the pan.

that came out of this pan ... i give a lot of baked good as gifts & was looking for a way to give brownies without having to cut them up & have them look raggedy ... this pan is the answer ... it generates perfect little 2x2 inch rounded corner items ... i recommend using a small square of parchment paper on the bottom of each & light spray of non-stick since the pan is not coated ... very easy clean-up as well ... highly recommend !

regular cupcake holders fit in here. when you pout the batter in, they form to the pan and you get square cupcakes. Good sturdy pan and well made

This pan is just what I was looking for. I needed a square muffin tin so that when I freeze a bulk quantity they stack in the freezer efficiently. I would have prefered a pan with a non stick surface, but so long as you use a little sprayable oil, the muffins come out cleanly.

I use them to make gluten free rolls. They come out perfect and are so cute! At the farmer's market, everyone snaps them up! I just read some of the bad reviews about things sticking. Gluten free flours are notorious about sticking and i had no such problem. I oiled them (including the top bit). They are nice and deep--that's why i love them. Perfect for GF bread rolls.

I have one of these and it works fine as long as I grease the tins and do not use muffin liners. But muffin liners "buckle" in it and the batter goes outside the liner and/or the liner is baked into the interior of the muffin. As long as you know that, it is good. I make and freeze muffins for my breakfast and the square shape fits well into zip lock bags for the freezer.
