I have a home bakery and use this pan a lot for brownie squares and such. Everything I've made in this pan (brownies, cake squares) hss baked up beautifully. The cakes come right out of the pan every time- (I have a similar pan that is supposed to be non-stick but the cakes always stick and cleanup is difficult.) Cleanup couldn't be any easier with this pan- I just soak for a few minutes then spray with water and it's done. No need to get in there with a cloth to try to reach the corners of each square. I highly recommend this product!

Love the pan, just wish that I could find square cupcake liners for the pan.

that came out of this pan ... i give a lot of baked good as gifts & was looking for a way to give brownies without having to cut them up & have them look raggedy ... this pan is the answer ... it generates perfect little 2x2 inch rounded corner items ... i recommend using a small square of parchment paper on the bottom of each & light spray of non-stick since the pan is not coated ... very easy clean-up as well ... highly recommend !

I am baffled by the low reviews by a few people--this is such a great pan! It makes muffins and cupcakes look very sophisticated (people always ask how I did it when they see the cute squares!). But I have used it for countless other desserts. It is perfect for making individual bread puddings. It is a well-made, heavy duty pan--worth every penny!

This pan is just what I was looking for. I needed a square muffin tin so that when I freeze a bulk quantity they stack in the freezer efficiently. I would have prefered a pan with a non stick surface, but so long as you use a little sprayable oil, the muffins come out cleanly.

I have used this pan once, for brownies. I am afraid to use it again as even after pan spray the brownies stuck. Not just a little. Stuck to the point that pretty much what we got was brownie "crumbles". Take your chances with this one. For the price, it should be better.
