I love these little tart pans. What precipitated this purchase is a recipe I found in my Bisquick cookbook for fruit tarts, which are made in individual 4" tart pans. So search and find them I did! Amazon makes it so easy to find whatever you need (or want in this case).

When I opened the box, I couldn't believe how cute they are ... they remind of my toy dishes I had as a little girl growing up in the 50's and 60's. My dinner party is tomorrow night and I can't wait to see how adorable these little tarts are going to be. The bottoms pop out so easily, making your crust come out in one beautiful piece. Like to bake? Order yourself at least five of these. They're sweet, in more ways than one.

I haven't used this tart pan yet. I just got it and realized it says it's one four and a quarter inch pan. I stupidly saw the 4 and thought i was getting a set of 4. that would have been awesome. not sure what i am going to do with 1 tiny tart pan. I guess i'm obligated to buy more.
