These are deep-dish, and the perfect size for pot pies. Sauce leaked, so pans required soaking, but were then easy to scrub and clean in the dishwasher. They'll be used often

I would have liked to know the bottom diameter of these pans before ordering. I was looking for something with a 4.5" bottom diameter, because I use them (upside down) to make mini pizza crusts. However, it turns out that these, a bit smaller, work fine and I can fit the filled pizzas into sandwich size zipper bags, which goes much faster than having to wrap them in sheet plastic!

I keep them frozen, ready for my teenaged grandson and his friends to reheat them in the microwave for snacks. They go fast!

I'm quite pleased with these pans, and they are less expensive than any others I looked at. I bought 8 of them and will order more soon, so that I won't have to wait for themmini pit pans to come out of the oven before forming the next batch.

I was looking for 6-7" pie pans to make a smaller pie. My in-laws do not eat a lot of American sweets, and I wanted to make a smaller pie to avoid so many leftovers after Thanksgiving dinner. This was not exactly what I was looking for. I wanted just a smaller pan, but this was SO TINY! Its just a little bigger (and much deeper) than the little table talk pies you get from 7-11 or something. If that's what you are looking for, than this is the pan for you! It had a great weight to it, and seemed of good quality, it just wasn't what I was looking for in terms of size.
