These are Professional Baking pans. They are designed to be used by the pro's, which translates to a quality set of tools that will last several lifetimes for the occasional baker. For the price I expected less. I am very happy. This is my second set I recommend buying at least two sets so when you bake you can bake 2 pies or loafs of bread. I wish I had purchased these 30 years ago. They are constructed of heavy 16 gauge anodized aluminum. Being anodized mean the pores are closed, which means that nothing sticks. If your a baker, you definitely need Fat Daddio's Pans. They are made to last a lifetime of USE!

Ok I am one of those crazy people that searches amazon reviews like a scientist and reads up on things and loses sleep before I buy pretty much anything and this is the best bakeware I have found. I had the whole Williams Sonoma Gold Touch set, hated it, returned it and got this and used the left over cash to buy a KitchenAid stand mixer! Whoa the price of this set is soo cheap which was my number one concern but I love it, mostly seamless, very little sticking, easy clean up, sturdy and no rust! My only complain is the jelly roll pan is not annodized and is warped which is a big disappointment but ok since the set is still worth it. I also don't really need an aluminum pie dish since I don't really like the looks of serving food in aluminum but again for the price and quality I would still buy this. All you will need is a muffin tin and cookie sheet and you are set with this!

We use various pieces of this set daily, and would be hard-pressed to find assemble pieces of comparable value for anywhere near the price. Results are consistent, with even cooking and browning and clean releases. Have had no problems with warping, either. A great comprehensive set for the beginning or experienced baker and the pans serve multiple duty for roasting and other forms of oven cooking.

Everything I bake with these pans turns out evenly baked and evenly browned. Experts always say that the right tools can make you a better cook and it's definitely true with this set.I highly recommend it.

This bakeware set is amazing, and the quality doesn't compare to some of the other brands of bakeware. I just made an amazing 3 layer cake, and it cooked wonderfully and evenly in the 9" pans! For the price you pay, you get 10x's over your money's worth!

These pans are very much professional grade craftsmanship! A few pieces arrives only slightly dented, but this did not impede their performance. The first double layered cake I made of the season came perfectly from the pans, without any food sticking behind. These did not, nor do I anticipate them, to buckle or warp in my oven now, or over time. These are very heavy duty, and will remain in my active kitchen for life!

Much better than the non-stick brands, which would have had marks on them by now already.

Great set, would have liked a Muffin Pan too, sold seperately I think, but for the money being paid this is worth it and will last a long time.

My only complaint is that cooking times are increased using this type of material, so direction for cooking may not always be enough. Obviously there is some learning curve to cooking times, but well worth it for the product you are getting.

These are well made and I'm very happy I purchased these. I've bought other products from fat daddio and I'm happy with those as well!

These pans are amazing! Nothing sticks to them, and I don't even spray them ahead of time. I made cakes for my mom's birthday and they were so moist they practically fell apart. I made cookies on the baking sheet and they came out perfectly! A MUST for a cook!

I received this yesterday. I was a little disappointed. The jelly roll pan is NOT andonized and it was also a little dented (like it was used). I've never tried to return anything to Amazon and am not sure if it would be worth the trouble, but I'll check into it. The rest of the set was ok, but I'm not sure it was what I'm looking for. I want something that I can pass down to my kids and grandkids and I don't know if this will last that long. We'll see.
