Product Description

UNI KEY's Fat Flush Body Protein is the perfect gluten and dairy-free protein powder! With one of the highest Protein Efficiency Ratios on the market, the blend of pea and rice proteins provides a complete protein source of essential amino acids. Pea is high in lysine, the amino acid typically deficient in rice, while rice provides the sulfur-bearing amino acids, cysteine and methionine, which are lacking in pea protein.

A staple of the Fat Flush Smoothie Shakedown, Fat Flush Body Protein contains 20 grams of protein per serving to help keep you feeling sustained and energized for a good four hours!

Add your favorite fruit to make a delicious smoothie and enjoy a perfectly balanced breakfast, pre- or post-workout boost, or satisfying meal replacement!

Sweetened only with stevia, an all-natural herbal sweetener and inulin, a pre-biotic that helps nourish friendly bacteria in the GI tract.

Testing has confirmed our rice protein is safe from dangerous levels of arsenic. Fat Flush Body Protein is 100% vegetarian, and ontains no dairy, soy, corn, eggs, gluten, GMOs, or sugar.

I love this stuff! I make it into a smoothie, using soy milk as a base and adding flax seed meal and fruit or tofu or peanut butter, along with a trayful of ice. When I add peanut butter, I don't feel any hunger until late afternoon.

Because of the meds I'm on, it's a triumph for me just to stay even and not gain weight. With a shake every morning I can actually lose weight, albeit slowly. I'm so happy to have found it!

For some people, the Fat Flush Body Protein can be hard to take on it's own - because of taste and texture.

Here's a TIP for a great tasting body protein SMOOTHIE. Mix the Body Protein with the Fat Flush Whey Vanilla, and if you like, also with the Fat Flush Whey Chocolate. Use whatever proportions work best for you--as long as they add up to one scoop of protein powder. When the Body Protein is 1/2 or less, the outcome is truly delicious--both in flavor and texture. The advantage is that the Body Protein has more long-lasting satiety over the whey proteins.

8 ounces of water or unsweetened cran-water
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (add 1/2 cup more fruit for a thicker smoothie)
1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein (optional: 1/2 scoop Body Protein and 1/2 scoop Fat Flush Whey Vanilla or Whey Chocolate; or 1/3 scoop of each)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia seeds (optional)
1/4 frozen banana enhances texture (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

I use this every morning and just love it! I've lost a lot of weight using this product.

I rated this 4 stars because it is sent in a container that is 3 times the size of the product! Wasteful and costs more to ship. Why do I want to pay for air? Why not fill the container FULL and charge more....less for shipping.

On positive side, I do not mind the different consistency from Whey powder products. It is not as sweet, which is good. I used to eat cereal for breakfast, but have switched to this as a smoothie, which satisfies my hunger until 3 pm. I have lost 20 pounds without any effort at all. I am almost back to my skinny high school weight.

I am 66 years old (feel like I'm 40) and do not take any meds, just vitamins. I mix 1 scoop Body Protein with 4 Tbls of ground flax seed, 1 Tbl of flax oil, some chopped nuts, 1 tsp apple pectin powder (helps keep you feeling full), 1/2 tsp of raspberry keytone crystals, 1 tsp each of cinnamon & nutmeg, 1/4 cup of unsweetened cranberry juice, 1 cup ice cubes, and 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit. Add enough water to fill blender to 7/8 full and blend. I sip on this for an hour in the morning while I respond to emails. Delicious, and about 375 calories.

The first time I tried this I was disappointed in the powdery taste of my smoothie. My young kids didn't like it, either (no surprise). Determined to stick to the smoothie shakedown plan, I kept drinking it with a couple minor adjustments and honestly, for me, after the second smoothie I was used to it and it didn't bother me any more. I rather look forward to my smoothies now. The ones I make aren't fancy - about 3/4 c. frozen blueberries, 4 frozen strawberry slices (just enough to fill the 1 cup), 1 scoop of powder, 1 T flax oil, 1 cup water (I haven't ventured out to find the unsweetened cranberry juice yet, but I will try cran water once I find it), 1 T chia seeds and a sprinkling of stevia (I like mine a little sweeter). For those who don't like it initially, I would suggest making some little adjustments and try it a couple more times and see if it grows on you. It did me... (*Note: I'm only on my 3rd day of smoothie shakedown... so far I'm down 3 lbs. and not hungry after the smoothie... really keeps me satisfied for about 5+ hrs.)

I have the rice Fat Flush shake and it is good. I am not a big fan of whey so I was very glad to find this shake. It does however have a sandy/grainy texture to it. I mix it with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 10 oz cranberry water (like the diet calls for), 1 tbs flaxseed oil and I really like it. I don't think is has an after taste at all. I have also mixed it with peaches and it is good that way too. I am on the diet and it curbs my sweet tooth in the afternoons. I did pay a few dollars less on the website though and it was free shipping.

The Fat Flush Protein has such a horrible after taste that I couldn't finish my smoothie. Even after brushing my teeth I still have a slight after taste in my mouth. I bought this product to do a two week detox and it requires plant protein. Since this protein is put out by the same company that I got the detox smoothie diet from I expected more from it. Next time I will go with another brand because I just wasted $50 on a product I will probably never touch again.

I Couldn't digest soy or whey protein. This powder is great. I went on a smoothie diet and lost 10lbs in two weeks. It's good!

I tried the Fat Flush plan in 2003, and ten years later and twenty pounds heavier I needed to get back on it. Like other reviewers I recoiled at the taste when I first had this protein powder. It had the worst texture, the only way I could drink it was if I used a straw. If any part of it reached my tongue I just wanted to gag. But then I tried the protein powder with the smoothie recipe that's listed on the canister. Once I added the flax oil it the texture completely changed, much smoother and I barely notice the graininess. Since then I've modified that smoothie recipe to add more water, kale and half an orange. It gives me a great energy boost, I definitely notice it on the days when I don't have that smoothie for breakfast. I started to lose weight quickly, about a pound a day. But then old habits started creeping in and I'm battling to overcome them. In total I've lost a few pounds, if I could be more disciplined with my diet I could lose much more. I just ordered two more canisters of this protein powder, it works better than whey for me. The whey gets all frothy and for some reason the foam just makes me gag. This one doesn't froth at all, just make sure you're also using the flax oil otherwise it's incredibly grainy.
